How we organise a high class yacht holiday without the hassle
All-inclusive yacht experience
Rated Excellent on Trustpilot
Less sea, more spreadsheets? Not anymore.
Usually, a yacht trip — even if it's a crewed charter — requires a lot of planning on your part. In fact, for most of the trip, you’re not relaxing but acting as the organizer.
We take care
of everything
You need to pick the route and "sell" the trip to your crew – your friends, family, etc.
Choose the yacht, going through specifications, ratings of charter companies, and more.
Organize airport transfers to and from the marina.
Stock up the yacht with food and drinks.
Come up with what to do on board, where to go ashore, book activities and restaurants – and so on.
Concierge care, affordable price.
Until recently, trips where all this was handled for you were only available through VIP concierge services, where a week-long holiday per person would start at tens of thousands of euros.

All-inclusive per person per week
Using our 8 years
of experience in the yachting industry, in 2025 we launched
a unique product — all-inclusive yacht tours priced at just
a few thousand euros per person per week.
Let’s take a closer look at how it works and what to expect when you work with us.

How it works
Everything starts with our yacht expert.
Meet Emma _____ , our senior expert specializing in family and gourmet tours. We also have experts in party trips, active travel, and more. Your expert helps you answer the key questions to prepare the trip.
Dates and Region
1
Step one is picking the dates — this will determine the region. For example, if you’re choosing summer, Greece, Croatia, and Italy are available. For winter — the Caribbean, Seychelles, Thailand, or the Canaries.
Sailing Route
2
Once you’ve chosen your dates and region, the next step is picking the exact route. The route makes a big difference:
Which marina you start from and how easy it is to reach. For example, in Greece it's more convenient to get to the Athens marina, but yachts are cheaper in Volos.
The variety and pricing of yachts – some marinas have a large fleet and better prices, others are more exclusive but with unique and less crowded swimming spots.
How much time you’ll spend sailing. Some routes involve only a few hours a day – like the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Others can mean 5–7 hours a day, like in Croatia. Decide whether you want more shore time or more sailing.
What there is to see on land and how easy it is to get there.
The Boat
3
Once the route is set, we move on to choosing the yacht. This is usually the most time-consuming part – but we handle it for you. We go through hundreds of yachts and charter companies to find the best value options.
There are many criteria — yacht type, whether the models match your vacation style, ratings of the charter companies, and more. If we don’t find the right option, we look for similar ones.
Still no luck? We check nearby marinas. And so on. It’s crucial to filter out unreliable charter companies with low-quality yachts, frequent breakdowns, or poor service — we deliberately don’t recommend such companies and will flag the risks if you still want to go with a cheaper option.

The Сrew
Once the yacht is chosen, the fun part begins — assembling your crew.
The minimum team for a crewed charter includes a skipper, who will be in charge of the boat. For newcomers, this might seem like just a "driver" - but a well-matched skipper is key:
They ensure your safety and must have the experience to do so.
They know (or don’t know) the best places along the route – the most stunning bays, the best spots onshore, and even the perfect time for that Instagram sunset shot.
They spend a lot of time with you and greatly influence the atmosphere of your trip.
We have a unique process where you can select each crew member, including Zoom interviews before the trip. This ensures a perfect match for your needs.
The next important crew member is the hostess. Cleaning, setting the table, washing dishes — all the daily chores are handled by her. If needed, the hostess also helps the skipper with specific tasks like docking or tidying up yacht gear. In short, having a hostess means you don’t have to worry about household stuff — fewer chores, more fun.
Last but definitely not least — the chef. If you plan to eat mostly on board and don’t have someone in the group who loves to cook, a chef is a great asset. They provide restaurant-level meals and ensure you’re well-fed throughout the trip.
With the crew set, we add the final touches to make your time onboard even better – water toys, fishing gear, kitchen accessories, and more.
Everything handled,
beautifully
What’s behind the scenes? Does the expert do it all alone?
Of course not. While you're chatting with someone like Emma, there's a whole team supporting her:
The supplier side negotiates with charter companies.
Customer Success coordinates all details with your crew.
IT provides access to yacht databases, ratings, and other decision-making tools.
Why agree on so many details?
These kinds of trips don’t happen often, so you want your precious vacation time to be as enjoyable as possible — to relax and connect with your friends or family. That’s exactly what we help you achieve.
Once the expert’s work is done, it’s time for Customer Success to step in.
This team handles everything during the trip and supports you from preparation to the end of your tour. Paperwork, transfers, groceries, a bottle of champagne delivered onboard — it’s all their job. Their main KPI is your feedback after the trip, so they go all-in to make your vacation truly special.
As a result, you get a trip where you can truly relax and spend time with family and friends, instead of dealing with endless organizational issues.
